How will you ship my order?
For items purchased through our website cart, we'll pack the items ourselves and ship via United States Postal Service, UPS, or Fedex, according to your choice.

How soon will you ship my order?
For items purchased through our website cart, we will ship within 2 business days of receiving your order. If any items happen to be out of stock, we will notify you by email.

Is your online ordering system secure?
We use a third-party cart on our site called Mals-e-commerce that uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. 


PURCHASE FINE ART PRINTS
How do I place an order for a fine art print?
To purchase fine art prints, contact us at 508.693.4429, or email Claire. We'll want to know what image(s) you'd like, the size, whether they'll be matted only, or framed (black or white frame), and whether you'll be picking up or shipping the prints. For more specific info about fine art prints, please refer to Fine Art Prints.

How do you handle shipping fine art prints?
If you would like your purchase shipped to you, we will have the packing and shipping done at the UPS Store in Vineyard Haven, unless you specifically request a different shipping service. The packing and shipping will be charged directly to your credit card, so you will only be charged the actual cost with no mark-up by us. We discourage the shipment of larger prints framed with glass, since your shipping costs will be high and there is an increased risk of breakage. If you are having a larger print shipped, we prefer that you purchase it matted-only. If we are shipping a canvas print to you, it will come rolled up in a tube and you can have it stretched at your local framer.

GENERAL PURCHASE FAQs
May I order by phone?
We're happy to receive orders by phone. Just give us your credit card number, and we'll process your payment right away. There's almost always someone at our gallery on weekdays between 9:30am and 3:30pm EST, and often earlier/later. If we're not here, just leave a voicemail and we'll call you back.

Can I send in a check by mail?
Yes. We will process your order as soon as we receive your check. Credit card payments are immediate, so that's a faster way to do the transaction. But either way is fine with us.

How is sales tax calculated?
Massachusetts residents will be charged 6.25% sales tax. If we are shipping your purchase out of state, there is no sales tax.

What is your refund policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, and are happy to exchange or refund posters, cards, or books that are returned within 30 days. Books that have been inscribed to you are not returnable. Fine art prints that we have in stock are returnable for store credit. Custom print orders are not returnable. We do guarantee our products, and make every effort to ensure that you're satisfied.
