How do I purchase note cards or posters?
Click the "add to cart" on the page for the notecard set or poster you are interested in. Online payment is securely processed via Paypal. Please note, you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to complete your order; they can process a normal credit card transaction as well.
How do I purchase one of Alison's books?
Click "buy now" on the page for the book you are interested in. Depending on the book, you will be linked to either Amazon.com's web site or to the web site for Bunch of Grapes, the year-round bookstore on Martha's Vineyard. Your book purchase will be completed through one of these web sites.
How do I place an order for a fine art print?
To purchase matted color prints, contact us at (508) 693-4429. We will add a shipping charge and sales tax (if applicable), and then e-mail you a PayPal invoice. Please note, you do not need to have a PayPal account to process your payment via PayPal. Assuming we have an image in stock, we will usually be able to ship it to you within a week of receiving your payment. If we need to re-order a print, Claire will notify you with an approximate ship date. We will try our best to get prints shipped out to you as quickly as possible. How soon will you ship my order?
We will ship your notecards or posters within approximately 48 hours of receiving your order.
If any items happen to be out of stock, we will notify you by email.
How will you ship my order?
Using PayPal, you can choose either UPS or US Mail to ship your order. If you're purchasing a matted print, or are interested in Fedex, please call us at (508) 693-4429. We'll discuss options with you, and generate a customized invoice via PayPal. |

Do I have to have a PayPal account to make an online purchase? Or can I just use my credit card?
You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to complete your order. The PayPal system can also process regular credit card transactions. VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards are accepted.
Is PayPal's online ordering system secure?
PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. May I order by phone?
We're happy to receive orders by phone. We can send you an invoice via PayPal, fax, or US mail. We will process your order as soon as payment is received.
Can I send in a check by mail?
Yes. We will process your order as soon as we receive your check. PayPal payments are immediate, so that's a faster way to do the transaction. But either way is fine with us.
How is sales tax calculated?
Massachusetts residents will be charged 5% sales tax. It's possible that international orders will also require sales tax — please inquire.
What is your refund policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, and are happy to exchange or refund merchandise that's returned within 30 days.
